Submitting a document
- Upload a clear photo or scan of an accepted identity document from your device.
- Make sure your name, the document number and the expiry date are readable.
- Your document is stored privately. Only administrators can open it, through short-lived secure links.
Review outcomes
- Pending — submitted and waiting for an administrator.
- Verified — approved; participation is unlocked.
- Needs correction or rejected — the reason is shown and you can submit a replacement.
When it is required
If the club has made verification mandatory, you must be verified before a participation request can be submitted. The requirement is stated on the venture page before you commit to anything.
