About the club

A private club for people who want to build real businesses together

Bringing people together to participate in real businesses, commercial opportunities and productive ventures.

Apotoe Partnership Club (APC) exists to organise members around specific commercial activities. Instead of pooling money into an undefined fund, the club publishes individual business ventures — each with its own objective, capital requirement, timeline, partnership terms and sharing methodology.

Members review a venture and decide, on that venture alone, whether to participate. The club then operates the business, records revenue and expenses against it, and calculates the actual business result. Partners receive their applicable share according to the venture agreement.

What APC is not

APC is not a bank, a savings scheme, a trading signal service or a guaranteed-return product. The club does not promise profit, interest or fixed outcomes of any kind. Business results can be positive or negative.

Our operating principles

  • Every participation is tied to one identified business venture.
  • Terms, risks and the sharing methodology are documented before participation.
  • Business revenue and expenses are recorded and auditable.
  • Administrative actions on records are logged.
  • Members control their own participation decisions.
Business involves risk. There is no guarantee of profit. Members may experience losses depending on the performance of a business venture.
