Documents attached to a venture are stored privately. Approved participants open them through secure links that expire after a minute, so files can never be shared outside the club by copying a URL.
Your agreements
Every agreement you accept is stored with its exact version, title, full text and the moment you accepted it. Published agreement text can never be altered — if terms change, a new version is published and you are asked to accept that version.
